The Innovator's Counselling and Advisory Service for Scotland (ICASS) was founded in 1999 to facilitate the commercialisation of innovative ideas or inventions originating in Scotland. Funded by the Scottish Government, Enabling Technologies, Innovation and Industries Division ICASS operates throughout Scotland, working as part of the Enterprise Network.

Our team of industry-experienced technology advisors can provide hands-on, and often, immediate expert advice tailored to your product development and within the context of your long term-term business objectives. Our focus is to help you achieve your aspirations and take your product ideas closer to market.

EDTC is a grant-funded organisation run out of Edinburgh Napier University and is funded by Scottish Government and ERDF. Based in Livingston, the services of the Centre cover the whole of Scotland from Orkney and Shetland Islands down to the Scottish Borders.
